Shipping
Why does it take 7-10 days for shipping?
We take all of the orders that come in from Monday – Sunday of any given week, and print them the following week. By doing a week’s worth of each design at a time, we can operate our printing plant efficiently; and that keeps our costs and our prices down.

We do not offer express or overnight shipping. Most of the delivery time is really spent in processing, not in shipping. It usually takes 2-3 business days to reach most parts of the continental United States, so overnight or second day delivery is not really going to be that much of a benefit.

Backorder Policy
On occasion an item that is order may not be available for shipping as it is on backorder with the manufacturer. When backorders occur we will ship all other items that are available and note on your invoice that the item is on backorder at the time of shipping. When backordered items become available we will ship these items to you at no further shipping costs to you. If the item is going to be on backorder for a long period of time (more than 14 days) we will contact you to see if you would like to change the color, select a different item that can be shipped sooner, or credit your account.

Accuracy of Colors
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and/or graphics of our products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color and/or graphic will be accurate. The colors you see will depend on your monitor and may be different from the actual colors of our product.
